*=I guess it means “starring” as starring in a film. Might be difficult to get so I’ll just write it here.

**= the word used here is how children refer to the eyes, giving a more grotesque sense to the line.

***= the expression here has a sexual/dirty nuance due to the word 塗れ (mamire), meaning “being full of something” and referring to something dirty.

****= the school uniform is a very official dress code for student who use it also for ceremonies and such. The implications of having sex while wearing is a strong transgressive act, careless of one’s public appearance.

*****=ero-guro stands for “erotic grotesque”, a style which is exactly what it says.

******= this line is a masterpiece of a pun so I tried to render just the meaning heavily modifying the translation. It literally says “indiscrimanetely, a scramble of sexual encounters”, but the word “scramble” hints to the スクランブル交差点 which is the famous Shibuya Crossing, which contains the word 交差 which means “encounter”, also in a subtle sexual nuance. The final fusion of all this into the sentence seems to say that she has sex with unknown people in the same easy way as she might cross them in the Shibuya Crossing.

*******= Edogawa Ranpo is a famous writer of detective stories in the first years of the Taisho Period (1912-1927, if I’m not wrong) and also the inventor of the word “ero-guro” as a way to describe the genre of his works. In his books every character has a secret fetish, often in plain contrast with their role or personality: that’s why the girl loves him so much.
